Commissions

I have worked on several commissions over the past few years, creating art works for clients of people, landscapes and pets in either oil or acrylic on canvas or wood; or in pastels, colored pencils, watercolor on paper. I am quite flexible and enjoy the challenge of a new project in a variety of media. I create the commissioned artwork from life and from photos sent to me by my clients. Before I begin in the studio with any materials, I plan the entire art work with the buyer. We discuss size, preferred medium, budget, and other details together. I also keep the client updated throughout my process of creating the artwork so we can discuss the evolution and direction of the artwork and make edits as needed. Generally speaking, I ship the finished art work to the new owner unframed unless otherwise specified.
